While it might be because the threshold was lowered, I believe my yaps were sufficient, so I considered other causes. It was about becoming a Curator instead of a Shitposter. It might be a coincidence, but as I write thoughtful posts, my rank keeps rising, so I compared it with other projects. The comparison target was SONIC, where I did the most Shitposting. I extracted the last_90_day_avg_llm_insightfulness_score_scaled value from the API response of the Kaito leaderboard page for comparison. In fact, just by looking at the leaderboard page, it’s clear that the proportion of Shitposters among the ranked yappers in the Sentient leaderboard doesn’t exceed half. The chart also clearly shows that the insightfulness scores of Sentient rankers are significantly higher than those of Sonic. After browsing through some posts in the Sentient community, it seems that the clear criteria for the Kaito leaderboard are not well shared even among the team, making it somewhat of a black box. I've noticed for a while that the ratio of Shitposters vs. Curators between leaderboards sometimes varies dramatically, and I’ve wondered if that might be included in the criteria for climbing the leaderboard. (For example, the ratio of Curators might need to exceed a certain point.) It’s just a wild theory, but I plan to tackle Sentient yapping with thoughtful CT posts instead of Shitposting in the future!
