How do I change my login password?

If you need to reset your password because you forgot it and cannot log in, please first ensure that your App is updated to the latest version. Please note that resetting your password will trigger a 24-hour withdrawal and C2C selling restriction.

Other download methods (Web)

1. Resetting Password on the App

On the App login page, enter your mobile number, click [Next], select [Forgot Password] to reset your password. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter a new password and complete the verification, then click [Confirm].

2. Resetting Password on the Web

Go to the official website and click Login, enter your mobile number, click [Next], select [Forgot Password]. You will receive a mobile verification code. Enter the [mobile verification code], click [Next], then you will receive an email verification code. Enter the [email verification code], click [Next] - [Reset Password]. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your new and old passwords, complete the verification, and then click [Confirm].

Please note that the web version does not support resetting verification methods. Please use the OKX App to reset and log in.

1. For your asset security, after modifying or resetting your login password, a 24-hour withdrawal and C2C selling restriction will be triggered. Please proceed with caution.

2. If you encounter the following issues, please refer to the corresponding solutions:

① Attempt limit issue: Please check if your operations are too frequent and try again later.

② Not receiving the mobile verification code: Check your mobile signal and whether the message was blocked, etc.

③ Page lag or unable to click next: There may be network delays or other issues. Try refreshing the page or try again later.

3. Forgot your fund password: To enhance account fund security, we removed the fund password feature starting from App version 6.0.24. If your page still prompts you to enter or set a fund password, please update to the latest version.
