OKX Supplementary Notice on CELR Airdrop Rules

Dear OKX users,
According to the announcement titled "Explanation of Significant Price Fluctuations and Action Plan for the CELT Project on OKX Platform", the airdrop compensation plan is synchronized:
1. Airdrop customer scope:
An airdrop will be given to customers who bought CELT coins (including spot and flash exchange) and incurred losses between February 25, 12:00 (HKT) and February 28, 12:00 AM (HKT).
2. Airdrop Rules:
The platform will airdrop 3,014,381 USDT to losing customers. The quantity of USDT each customer receives = customer's loss amount / total loss amount of all customers * 3,014,381 USDT
The loss amount will be calculated based on the quantity of CELT bought by the customer during the period from 12:00 on February 25 (HKT) to 12:00 on February 28 (HKT), according to the following formula:
1. If the customer buys CELT between 12:00 (HKT) on February 25 and 12:00 (HKT) on February 28, and subsequently sells all the purchased CELT, the loss amount = (selling avg price - buying avg price) * purchased quantity;
For example: If a customer buys at an avg price of 0.003 between February 25, 12:00 PM (HKT) and February 28, 12:00 AM (HKT)10,000 CELT. If 10,000 are then sold at an avg price of 0.002, the customer's loss amount = (0.002-0.003)*10,000=-10USDT
2. If the customer buys CELT between February 25, 12:00 (HKT) and February 28, 12:00 (HKT) and subsequently sells part of the purchased CELT, the loss amount = (average selling price - average buying price) * quantity sold + (CELT/USDT price at 12:00 on February 28 - average buying price) * (quantity bought - quantity sold);
For example: If a customer buys at an avg price of 0.004 during February 25, 12:00 (HKT) to February 28, 12:00 AM (HKT)10,000 CELT. After 12:00 (HKT) on February 25, sold 4,000 CELT at an avg price of 0.0025, and still hold 6,000 CELT currently. 2/28 The one-minute closing price of CELT/USDT at 12:00 was 0.001833 USDT.
Then the customer's loss amount = (0.0025 - 0.004)*4,000+(0.001833-0.004)*(10,000-4,000)= -19.002 USDT
Note:
1) If a customer buys CELT outside the period from February 25, 12:00 (HKT) to February 28, 00:00 (HKT), their purchase will not be included in the calculation.
2) If the loss amount is less than 1U, it will not be calculated.
3)When calculating losses, master and sub-accounts are combined, and airdrops will be uniformly distributed to the master account.
3. Airdrop process:
For eligible customers, the platform will distribute the airdrop to the customer's funding account within 48 hours. Please wait patiently. If you have any questions about the airdrop rules or progress, you may consult or provide feedback through official customer service channels.
